Trial, plan, and billing
How the 14-day trial works, what the plan costs, and what happens to your data if you stop.

The trial
Signing up starts a 14-day trial with every feature on. You don't enter a card. A banner counts down the days for owners and admins, and turns amber with three days to go.

There is one plan. It includes every feature, unlimited houses, your whole team, and as many contractor logins as you need. You never pay per person.
Choose a plan
- Step 1: Choose Choose a plan in the trial banner.
- Step 2: Pick Monthly or Annual.
- Step 3: Choose Continue to payment and pay on Stripe's page. Your card is never typed into the app.
If you choose a plan before the trial ends, your first charge waits until the trial is over. Your first payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If the trial ends first
Nothing is deleted. The workspace becomes read-only: you and your team can still open every page and download every export, but nothing can be added or changed. The banner reads “Your free trial has ended. You can still view and export everything.” Choose a plan and everything unlocks where you left it.
Change your card or cancel
Once you're on a plan, open the account menu and choose Billing. It opens Stripe's billing page, where you can update your card, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel.
- If a payment fails, a banner asks you to Update card. The workspace keeps working while you sort it out.
- If you cancel, the workspace is paused: read-only, with everything still there and every export still working. Resubscribe in the banner turns it back on.
What still works for contractors
If your workspace is paused, your contractors can still open their page and see their tasks, but can't send anything. You can still revoke a contractor's login.
