About

Built while running a real flip.

Brandon Hadler, founder

I bought a fixer upper house in Hanover County, Virginia, and thought I'd build an application to help me manage it. The rest is history.

I'm my own general contractor on it. Between the budget spreadsheet, texts from subs, and a pile of receipts, it was hard to answer the one question that mattered: am I still making money?

So I built one place for the budget, the crew, and every dollar. I run my own house on it, and every feature started as something I needed on the job. We'll see if I make money on the flip or not. Either way, I'm having fun out here.

It's for investors who run their own rehab: you walk the house, line up the subs, and pay the invoices yourself. If that's you, the software should answer three questions fast. Am I on budget? Who's on site, and what's stuck? What do I hand my CPA at closing?

What we hold to

One price for the whole crew
$69 a month covers your partner, your project manager, and every sub you invite. You never count logins.
Your subs see their work, not your books
A contractor sees the tasks you assign and can send photos and invoices. Budget, profit, and your other houses stay with you.
Your numbers are yours
Export every expense to a CSV any time, even after you cancel. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends.
