A dashboard is a table across all your houses. There are three tabs, and Download CSV saves the one you're looking at.

Deals

One row per house with ARV, Purchase, Rehab, Projected profit, Return, Max offer, and If you rent it. The stage column also shows the strategy and the lead source, so you can see which sources produce your best deals.

Rehab is marked “budget” while it's still the plan and not what you've spent.

Money

  • Rehabs: budget against spent lists every house being bought, rehabbed, or sold, with Budget, Spent, and Remaining. A house that's over shows “over budget” in red.
  • Sold: final numbers lists sale price, total cost, and profit for each sold house.
  • Rentals: cash flow this year lists each rental with a lease.

Portfolio

  • Rentals shows each lease's end date, the rent, what's been paid this month, what's owed and how many months late, and the year's cash flow. Leases ending soon are tagged.
  • Sold shows how long you held each house, its sale price, total cost, profit, and return.
How it countsEvery number here is worked out the same way as on the house itself. The example house's row shows the same $21,093.35 as its own pages, and is marked “(example).”
TipA house appears under Sold once its status is Sold and it has a sale price. If a finished flip is missing, check its Edit property panel.
