Stages

Each photo has a stage: Before, During, After, Issue, Move-in, or Move-out. A new photo is given one from where the house is: Before while you're buying, During through the rehab, After once it's listed or later. Change it under the photo's Edit.

The chips at the top filter by stage. You can also filter by Room and by date.

Before and after

Tap Before & after. For every room with at least one Before photo and one After photo, the earliest Before and the latest After are shown side by side.

Example

Kitchen

Before

Before · Aug 26 · Original cabinets, soffit, and laminate

Captions

Under a photo's Edit, type a Caption and click away. It saves when you leave the box.

The cover photo

The first photo you add becomes the house's cover, shown on its Home and on the portfolio. Owners and admins can choose Set as cover under any other photo.

Things to know

  • A photo can't be deleted, and its room and date can't be changed. Check both before you save.
  • Photos taken in the walkthrough and on punch items are filed here too.
  • Photos added to a task on the board stay with that task. They don't appear here.
  • Receipts live under Expenses, and permit paperwork under Permits.
