1418 Maple Avenue is a made-up three-bedroom in Ashland, VA. It isn't a real house or anyone's real numbers. The app builds it in your workspace so you can see every screen with something on it, and this guide follows the same house so the figures you read here match the ones you'll find there.

The people in this guide
The guide adds a cast so the steps read like a real job. They are invented too, and they aren't in the example house in the app.
- Dana Whitfield, the owner, who runs her own rehabs.
- Marcus Bell, her partner, an admin.
- Luis Ortega, her crew lead, a team member on this house.
- Tom Sayers of Sayers Electric, a contractor with a login.
- Jordan Ellis, a tenant, for the pages about rentals.
Change anything
Every page of the example carries a yellow banner: “Example house. Change anything; it isn't counted in your setup.” Add an expense, move a task, approve a change order. It doesn't tick off your setup checklist, appear on the 1099 report, or show up in calendar sync.
Remove it
Choose Remove example in the yellow banner and confirm. It and everything on it are deleted. Your own houses aren't touched. You can build it again whenever you like.
