Public profile and track record

By Published Updated

Your public profile is how every public page looks: the name people see, a short bio, a logo, and the address your pages live at. From it you can publish a portfolio of every house you've published, and send a lender a private link to your track record, built from each sold house's actual numbers.

Heads upThe public profile is turned off for now. A portfolio that was already published still opens at its link, and a lender link that was already sent still opens.

Set it up

  • Name people see: your company or your own name. It isn't your workspace's name unless you make it so.
  • Your address: the part after fixerupperhouse.com/s/. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • About you, a public email and phone, and an accent color: all optional.
  • Logo: a PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB.

The portfolio

Turn on Publish a portfolio page to list every house you've published, newest first, each with its best photo. Turn on Show totals to add houses finished, average days from keys to sale, and how many finished on budget. Search engines list it only if you allow it.

The track record

Track record lists every sold house from your books: purchase price, rehab budget and what you spent, sale price, profit, return on the cash you put in, and the days from purchase to sale. The numbers come from the same records as the P&L, so they match what you've logged.

  1. Step 1: Tap Make a private link.
  2. Step 2: Tap Copy link and send it to the lender.
  3. Step 3: To stop it, tap Turn off the link. It also stops after 30 days.

A new link turns the old one off. The link shows each deal's figures, so send it only to people you'd show your books to.

Removal requests

Requests to take down a page show here with who asked and why. Unpublish the page or take the photo off, then tap Mark done. One left for 7 days comes to us.
